By registering for or using Fellow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the Service.
Fellow is a B2B intelligence tool designed to visualize data, switch store regions, track applications, and interact with public app marketplaces. The Service may also provide API access and generate market or business reports.
2.1. No Professional Advice: Any market reports, analytics, or business intelligence provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on this data.
2.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3.1. Subscriptions: The Service is billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or yearly) via our payment processor.
3.2. Refund Policy: Generally, all sales are final. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial subscription periods or unused services.
3.3. Exceptions: While strictly not required to do so, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. To request an exception, please contact us at hello@fellowdev.io. Granting an exception in one instance does not waive our right to enforce this policy in future instances.
3.4. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal Waiver:
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you acknowledge and agree that by purchasing a subscription to Fellow, you are requesting immediate access to digital content. Therefore, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal, and you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel the contract once the service delivery has begun.
You agree not to misuse the Service. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:
5.1. Nature of Data: The Service relies on data obtained from public third-party sources and marketplaces.
5.2. No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. You acknowledge that data may be delayed, inaccurate, or missing entirely due to factors outside our control.
5.3. Platform Dependency: If a third-party platform changes its structure, API, or terms of service in a way that breaks Fellow’s functionality (temporarily or permanently), this is considered a Force Majeure event. It does not constitute a breach of contract by Imagility, S.L.U., and does not entitle you to a refund, though we will make good faith efforts to restore functionality where possible.
6.1. Our Rights: All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including code, design, features, and databases) belong exclusively to Imagility, S.L.U.
6.2. User Data: You retain ownership of the data you input into the system. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sevilla, Spain.
