• Account Data: Email address, encrypted password, and name (if provided).
• Billing Data: We do not store your credit card information. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe), which acts as a separate Data Controller. We only store payment identifiers (e.g., Customer ID) to manage your subscription.
• Technical & Usage Data: We collect data on how you interact with the Service, including IP addresses, cookies, device information, and logs.
• Application Data: The list of apps you track, configurations, and preferences you set within the Service.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

1. Service Delivery (Contract): To provide the account access, features, API, and tracking functionality you subscribed to.
2. Billing (Legal Obligation): To process invoices and tax requirements.
3. Product Improvement & System Stability (Legitimate Interest): To analyze usage patterns, monitor errors, detect bugs, troubleshoot issues, and improve the software's performance and stability.
4. Security (Legitimate Interest): To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.

• Deletion: If you delete your account, your data may be soft-deleted (archived) or permanently removed, depending on our system configuration and legal requirements.
• Legal Compliance: We may retain certain information (e.g., billing records) for a longer period to comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.
